1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using MegaSelect.cloud (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MegaSelect LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides interior design consulting services as described on the Site.
2. Services Description
We offer various interior design consultation packages ranging from $100 to $700, including but not limited to: Complete Home Design, Single Room Design, Commercial Space Design, and specialized consulting services. All services are provided remotely unless otherwise specified.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due upon booking. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, layouts, and materials created by MegaSelect LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive a limited license to use the designs for their specified project.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate measurements, photos, and information needed for the design process. Delays in providing necessary materials may affect project timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We are not liable for implementation costs or contractor work.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County.
