Overview
At MegaSelect, we are committed to your satisfaction with our interior design consulting services. Due to the digital and custom nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered or design materials have been delivered. However, we will work with you to address any concerns about your experience.

Service Credit
If you are unsatisfied with your consultation, you may request a service credit within 14 days of your appointment. This credit can be applied toward any other design package or future consultation.

Non-Credit Eligible Services
The following services are not eligible for credits:
• Completed design concepts or delivered mood boards
• Finalized floor plans or 3D renderings
• Already conducted consultation time
• Purchased software or tool licenses
• Digital products or design files that have been downloaded

How to Request a Credit
To initiate a credit request, please email us at mega@megaselect.cloud within 14 days of your service date. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of your concerns.

Processing Time
Approved credits will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days. These credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation with至少 24 hours notice at no additional charge.
